A study on the Otta job search platform found that women of color list their minimum salary requirements 40% lower than white men with similar experience and job titles. 40 percent!
As we close out Black History Month and move into Women’s History Month, let’s change our trajectory.

This mindset prevents you from getting what you really want. If you don’t claim that you deserve it, then you won’t be…
You don’t have to accept the offer.
You can push. Hard.
And if you don’t, you will grow to resent your job and your employer. Trust me…I’ve been there so many times!
